| All buildings in England now require an EPC before they can be rented or sold. We are a domestic EPC provider who produce EPCs for flats in the Manchester postcode region. These properties are the cheapest for us to do, so using us means you aren’t subsidising people with larger properties in other, more expensive areas. If you use a national provider with a single price, then you are in effect subsidising people with large houses in London! |

| EPCs can only be provided by a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) who is accredited to an approved body. All DEAs used by epc4flats.com are accredited to ABBE, and trained by ECMK in Milton Keynes. |
